• 1 extra end-of-line FTE/shift due to manual packaging in an existing
high speed packaging line
• Lack of harmonization of cartons and cases
• Lack of harmonization of cartons disposal inside cases
• Cardboard Type C (thickness 3,8mm)
Description of status after implementation
• Reduction of 1 FTE/shift due to the implementation of a semi-automatic
case packer
• Packaging harmonization: from 3 cartons and 3 cases to 1 carton and 1
case
• Implementation of Cardboard Type B (thickness 2,8mm) - more flexible
- to be used in the semi-automatic case packer.
