To whom it may concern:
I have known Manuel Rodriguez for the past year and a half while he was working as a
Chief Engineer at the Bridgewater Tower Condominium. I have been consistently
impressed by both Manny’s attitude towards his work and his performance on the job.
His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop productive
working relationships with both our Residents and our staff. Manny has the
resourcefulness and knowledge skill set necessary to running maintenance department,
painting, and housekeeping.
Manny and I were involved in several major renovations at the Bridgewater Tower
Condominiums. While these projects were in progress. Manny showed resourcefulness,
multitasking skills, and the ability to still run the everyday operations of the building
while in charge of over seeing the renovations. He was able to diagnose problems and
devise viable solutions. His ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods like
emergency’s proves his ability to work well under pressure. Also developed energy
savings plans, water savings plans, and preventative maintenance through out the
building
