industry regulator OFCOM carried out its Telecommunications Strategic Review. Openreach was created

exchange through to homes and businesses. Its customers are not the end users but those companies that
supply them. Openreach does not compete with these providers – it delivers the means by which they all,

• Upgrade the Repository, Dashboard, Reports from Siebel Analytics 7.8.5 to OBIEE11g through
OBIEE 10g
