Dr. Abdullah Shaheer is a Plastic and
cosmetic surgeon in Cairo, Egypt.
3. Challenges :
- New on Egyptian Market.
- Doesn’t have enough audience on Social Media Channels.
- Low Numbers of Surgeries, almost 1 per month.
- No Branding or Sales Campaigns on Social Media.
- We want to scale the audience circle.
- Very specific and special audience in Egypt.
- COVID-19 Pandemic.
4. What did we Do:
- We Start to Creating Brand from his name.
- We Created Full Corporate Identity for his clinic.
- Start to using more than one platform on social media.
- We started to spread his name on TV too.
- We Started to Targeting Arab-world Audience.
- Contracting with Influencers to Increase organic
performance.
- Using TV Interviews as material for marketing.
- Created website to increase SEO performance.
- Made offline Advertising on Streets.
5. Branding:
Abdullah Shaheer wasn’t have a logo or brand name.
So we started immediately to create one for him, and that was very easy as a start,
we just used his signature as a Logo.
6. Branding:
Sensitive content such as plastic surgery was very hard for Facebook community
standards in 2019 so we start to using content and designs that suits the brand and
compatible with Facebook community standards.
7. Branding:
So we implementing content strategy that focused on using trends and work on
double meaning designs that will be compatible with Facebook Community
Standards.
Then Start to Creating another Platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok &
YouTube.
8. Make Him Shown:
We contracted with different TV programs to make him appeared to the old ages
audience at home (Age: 40~55 yrs.)

And we uses those materials as an content on social media platforms by related
hashtags.
Then we start our advertising to increasing his targeted audience from 3000 Page-
Likes to 10,000 Page-Likes and Followers on Facebook & Instagram.
10. Website:
Because of those surgeries are too high priced outside Egypt and most of Arabs
going to different countries such as (Lebanon & Turkey) to make those surgeries,
we took advantage from this by targeting Arab-world audience through SEM by
Creating website and blogs to make him appeared on search engines.
11. First Stage:
After those steps we increased the numbers of clinic visitors from 20 per month to
60 per month and more than 150 Applications for different medical inquires, and
at least 3 surgeries per month.
12. Second Stage:
Our second stage is to not just keep those numbers but make them increasing.
And that will be through contracting with different influencers to make WOM
marketing and recommend Abdullah Shaheer to the Audience.
And we saw that we must target both cultures, (Middle Eastern Audience “Hijab” &
Open Minded Audience) <Aya Makram & Yasmine El-Khatib>
To give the audience Message, “the plastic surgeries not just for make you more
attractive it’s also to solve your body problems”
13. Second Stage:
Second Stage Made us targeting more than one City.
We was targeting Cairo.
Now we targeting Upper-Egypt “Asyut” and Alexanderia.
By this we increased the numbers of surgeries by 6 surgeries at least per month.
14. Third Stage:
After first 2 stages we got Covid-19 Pandemic and that was a very challenging crisis
for us.
1st try to keep the numbers increasing or at least save it.
2nd try to attract the audience to visit the clinic and convince them the clinic is
clean and safe.
3rd how we make marketing in this crisis?.

And for this we decided to spread our showing by communicating with our
audience to reassure them.

We realize the update of Facebook content that focused on Video Content so we
took advantage from this by creating video content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
and YouTube.
18. Conclusion:
After 2 years of working on This project “Dr. Abdullah Shaheer”
- We made a stable numbers of visitors to clinic average 200 per month
- We made him public figure on Instagram from 1K to more than 25K Followers.
- We Increased the audience on Facebook from 3K to 10K Page-Likes
- We give him stable numbers of surgeries per month around 7 ~ 10 S/M beside small
surgeries and medical Consulting.
- We made him known in Celebrities Circle.
- We made him known in Arab-World audience over 2 years he made more than 100
surgeries for different Arab countries.
- Audience now can reserve appointment from website.
