HRM means management of people within organization, focusing on policies and on
system.
Human Resource Management involves managerial functions are planning, organizing,
directing and controlling & Operative Functions are Procurement, Development,
Compensation, Maintenance
Media and Entertainment industry consist of different segments such that television,
prints, films and it also includes smaller segments such like radio, music, animation,
gaming and visual effects (VFX), live theater, music and Internet advertising
