Project Management:-
Establish reliable Project base line by arriving at a realistic cost and schedule estimate.
Prepare budget and compute capex.
Monitor budgeted cost and strategize to maintain control and prevent cost overruns during project execution.
Create well defined Project roadmaps to include the project goals, timelines, deliverables, milestones, areas of
risk and dependencies and thus effectively manage stakeholders.
Proactively monitor and control to find issues ahead of time and take corrective action to ensure effective
execution of projects.
Coordinate adequately and effectively on all activities with various stakeholders, contractors, vendors,
interdepartmental members (QA/QC, EHS/Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Logistics/Supply Chain,
and Support Services), etc., for smooth execution.
Create and analyze Project MIS to ensure ongoing management and control of the project. Report MIS timely to
both the management and team.
Ensure adherence to the highest standards of Engineering and EHS compliance.
Ensure compliance of Project as per guidelines prescribed by cGMP, ISPE, USFDA, ICH, NFPA, API, ASME, etc.
Manage energy conservation by improving the operation and performance of equipment and by employing best
energy saving practices.
Procurement:-
Prepare Tender / Enquiry, float Enquiry to suppliers, contractors & consultants.
Evaluate and negotiate techno commercial bid (TBA, CBA), finalize QAP, delivery milestone, payment terms,
order placement, seek relevant approvals.
Plan, evaluate, monitor & coordinate and follow up for the submission of drawings, its approval, inspections,
formalities for dispatch like Invoicing / CT-3 / Road Permits, release of payments for timely delivery of the
project items.
Installation, Construction Management, Commissioning & Validation:-
Manage onsite erection, installation & commissioning, qualification & validation of plant processes, equipment
and utilities as per cGMP guidelines and ensure safe execution.
Set up QAP and conduct inspections during relevant stages of fabrication construction at vendor’s shop and
erection onsite.
Commission Equipment, HVAC and entire Facility with Qualification and Validation to the satisfaction of
customer, user and QA department.
