8. Steps to build
Project/Feature
Prioritization
Cloud App
• STEP-1: Open a Google Account (If you do not have one already)
• STEP-2: Click here to request access for the spreadsheet
• STEP-3: Make a copy of the spreadsheet and save it to your
drive. Unhide chart sheet by going to View menu->Hidden
Sheets.
• STEP-4: Google Site (Create Site). Within the site include the
following:
• Site name
• Header
• Remove menu bars (if any)
• Embed chart (select the chart in the spreadsheet which
you saved to your google drive)
• Use Google gadget to include iframe and provide link to
the above spreadsheet. If no iframe gadget available then
use “Embed URL”.
• Save and publish the site.
• Incase you want to make this collaborative within your
teams then share the spreadsheet and site within your
team.
