This document discusses organizing and training farmers in post-harvest technology (PHT) in order to improve their livelihoods and reduce poverty. Currently, farmers are unorganized and untrained in PHT due to issues like poverty, illiteracy, lack of opportunities, and cultural/religious barriers. The goal is to transition farmers to an organized, trained state through activities like organizing home-based workers, addressing cultural/religious blockages, creating political will, raising awareness, and implementing training programs in PHT. A project lifecycle and logframe plan would be used to monitor progress through indicators at different stages from inputs to outcomes and impacts.
