Established goals - Some goals of any websites and online
pages can include the following examples;
•Engage users by encouraging thumb to spend time viewing
•Engage users by encouraging them to interact with the content
•Educate the customer about the product
•Introduce offerings using appealing and engaging content
#2 Context elements (design & navigation)
• Traditional contextual elements - the design and
navigation
• Design scheme and contextual elements are in
line with a target market
• Contextual elements and enhance your core
goals

• Content includes text graphic video and audio
• Content should be monitored to ensure that the information is
relevant to the target market
• Establish appropriate keywords to describe the content
• Content should not always be directly about the product or
service.This will help keep customers engaged

• Firms should allow a space on their website, online pages
or blogs for interacting and socializing
• Create a sense of community by responding and posting
comments and reviews
