that propagate other efficiencies. In a field study by
INSEAD’s Spencer Harrison, a group of artisans selling
goods on eCommerce platforms were interviewed.
regarding their own tendencies towards curiosity. The
results saw “a one-unit increase in curiosity (for
instance, a score of 6 rather than 5 on a 7-point scale)
was associated with 34% greater creativity” in the
number and variety of items they went on to list
and sell.

Coronavirus/COVID-19 Content
The Coronavirus pandemic transformed the business
world overnight. Between February and March 2020,
LinkedIn saw a 14-fold increase in engagement with
Coronavirus-themed content by sales executives. Time

hashtags on Instagram and LinkedIn can associate your
content with key industry trends.
Automated Alerts
Setting up automatic alerts is a good way to find
suitable content to share, based on predefined rules
that you have direct control over. We will help you to
choose topics to track, as well as to create your first
automated alerts using tools like Google Alerts, so that
you are notified when a relevant article, blog post or
web page is published that contains your specified key
words and phrases.

natural guiding light for their co-workers, leading by example

who are less naturally suited to having a professional social

Performance Review is based on bespoke performance
