COMPANY PROFILE
Presently working with BEML LTD since Dec. 2011. BEML Limited (formerly Bharat
Earth Movers Limited) was established in May 1964 as a Public Sector Undertaking for
manufacture of Rail Coaches & Spare Parts and Mining Equipment at its Bangalore
Complex. The Company has partially disinvested and presently Government of India
owns 54 percent of total equity and rest 46 percent is held by Public, Financial
Institutions, Foreign Institutional Investors, Banks and Employees. The company
operates under three major Business verticals - viz. Mining & Construction, Defence and
Rail & Metro. The company has 9 manufacturing units. BEML's nationwide network of
sales offices enables buyers with ready access to its wide range of products. Also, the
full-fledged service centers and parts depots offer total equipment care, maintenance
contracts and rehabilitation services.
WORK EXPEREINCE
1. Currently Working with BEML LTD as an Asst. Manager in Testing, Commissioning and
Servicing of DMRC rolling stock projects since DEC. 2011.
2. 11 months teaching experience in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Involve in testing and commissioning of DMRC RS6 , RS9 & RS13 Metro Project.
• Involve in Defective Liability period of DMRC RS6 & RS9 Metro Project.
• Responsible for testing and commissioning of Door System , Brake System and
HVAC system in DMRC RS6 , RS9 & RS13 Metro project.
• Responsible for Defective liability period activity for Door system , Brake System and
HVAC system in DMRC RS6 and RS9 project.
• Responsible for analysis ,investigation and troubleshooting of Systems failure like
Door , Brake and HVAC System.
• Responsible for preparing FRACAS report for analyzing the pattern failure and
respective corrective action for minimize failure & improve the reliability
of metro trains.
• Responsible for making MDBF for analyzing the reliability of metro trains.
• Responsible for coordination with vendors for procurement of spares.
• Assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts.
• Assessment of the required tools for the maintenance of the equipments.
• Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures.
• Involve in training of the maintenance sub ordinate staff.
• Keep updated with the upcoming versions or latest equipment required in the Metro
project.
• Replacing the spare parts of the equipments as and when required.
• Responsible for performing routine maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the spare parts.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Four Year B.Tech Course in Mechanical Engineering with 71.66% marks from Meerut
Institute of Engineering and Technology , Meerut (U.P) in 2010.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
1. Passed 12th
Class from C.B.S.E board with 74.54% marks in 2006.
2. Passed 10th
Class from C.B.S.E board with 67.60% marks in 2004.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Software : AUTOCAD.
2. Basic knowledge of computer (MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD, POWERPOINT, MS-DOS)
