Job Responsibilities:
 Analysis of drive test data and field optimization activities includes change of frequency-
SC, change of power, Re-orientations, mechanical tilt, electrical tilt, height changes.
Change of different parameters in order to improve the stats.
 Perform Field activity and help other team (SCFT, ATP11B Cluster optimization of 4G
sites of RJIL). X-CAL Tool.
 EMF test perform in field and making reports.
 Ready for installation (RFI) survey and making reports.
 RF Survey for installed site and making the reports of survey through excel.
 Submit reports to client and further coordination.
 Planning & Optimization of sites.
 Cluster Optimization by Drive test data.
 Analysis of drive test data to determine network issues like poor coverage areas,
interference, Poor Throughput in case of UL/DL.
 Providing required data for drive and other RF optimization such as best server plot, PCI.
 Responsible of data analysis on problem areas such as call drops, neighbor analysis and
call setup failure by analyzing layer messages on drive test log files.
 Testing the performance of new integrated sites, Rx-level, Rx -quality, hand-over problem and
Drop-calls etc.
 Identified and optimized issues like bad Handovers, low Coverage and Rx Levels.
