Ceramic Fiber Insulation
CERAMIC FIBER BLANKET:
• It is a light weight, flexible and high thermal insulation processed from basic Bulk fiber.
• As Ceramic fiber Blanket contains neither inorganic nor organic binder, it never contaminates furnace atmosphere and
emits offensive odors during furnace operating.
Applications:
• High thermal insulation for general use (electric furnace, diffusing furnace, etc.)
• Insulating lining material for furnace ceiling and walls (petroleum refining furnace, tunnel kilns, etc.)
• Expansion joint fillings for furnaces.
• Sound absorbing material around burner.
• Use for Thermal Pipes Insulation.

2. Ceramic fiber blanket are flexible, high quality, heat preservation and thermal insulation
material. Ceramic fiber blanket has many merits like small thermos table bulk density, low heat
conductivity, good heat preservation performance, easily cut and constructed heat preservation
and insulation inside lining of furnaces.
