1. Go above and beyond to ‘WOW’ the client
2. Prioritize customer service AND customer
satisfaction
3. Be extremely attentive to detail
4. Always fully inform your clients
5. Respond to your clients within 24 hours
6. Strive to build quality relationships and honest
conversations
7. Stay in touch with your clients year round
