Islam is a complete code of life . It extends over the
entire spectrum of life , showing us how to conduct
all human activities in a sound and wholesome
manner.manner.
It does not allow a hierarchy of priests or
intermediaries between ALLAH and human beings.
And so is it about politics.
6. isLAMic poLiTicAL sYsTeM
We already know that slam is a complete system of
life and politics is very much a part of our collective
life.
Islam teaches us how to say Salah , observe Sawm ,Islam teaches us how to say Salah , observe Sawm ,
pay Zakah and undertake Hajj , so it teaches us how
to run a state , from a government.
Islamic ruling system is not the same as the ruling
system we have in the non-Islamic countries.
7. THe VisioN oF AN isLAMic sTATe
The vision of an Islamic state and the purpose of its
political; authority is to implement the Divine law.
Thus the ideal Islamic state is a community governed
by the law revealed by God.by the law revealed by God.
The function of the Islamic state is to provide security
and order so that Muslims can carry out both their
religious and worldly duties.
8. isLAMic poLiTicAL sYsTeM
The political system of Islam based on three
Matters.
TAWHID(Unity of god).
RISALAT(Prophethood).
KHILAFAT(Vicegerency).
9. TAWHiD
TAWHID means that only God is the Creator,
Sustainer , and master of the universe and all
that exist in it , Organic and Inorganic.that exist in it , Organic and Inorganic.
He also has right to command or forbid , and
his commandments are the law.
10. risALAT
The medium through which we receive the law of
GOD is known as “Risalat”(Prophet hood).
We have received two things from this source:
The “BOOK”.
And the exemplification of the BOOK of GOD by
Prophet.
11. KHiLAFAT
KHILAFAT mean “Representation” Man(i.e Human
Beings)
According to Islam , He is the representative of GOD on
Earth, His vicegerent.Earth, His vicegerent.
That is to say , by virtue of the powers delegated to him
by GOD, he is required to exercise his God-given
authority in this world within the limits prescribed by
God.
12. KHiLAFAH Vs DeMocrAsY
KHILAFAHT:-
Political system get cleared from corrupt people .
The representative can’t use the system to cover up
their corruption by legislating laws for their owntheir corruption by legislating laws for their own
interests.
“Professional politicians” find no reason to invest
millions as the job of the representative is to be
serving the Ummah rather than a source of money
making and exerting power.
13. DEMOCRAY:-
Corrupt people are attracted towards politics like bees
towards nectar.
The process of law making gives parliamentarians the The process of law making gives parliamentarians the
authority to make law to not only protect their interests
rather legitimize their corruption ,while on the other hand
Islam does not allow to do so.
Islam tells us about a state in which justice is implemented .
14. VieWs oF MusLiMs AbouT poLiTics
Two extreme views of Muslims about politics:
Some people Separates Religion from the politics
and state, asking his followers to render unto Caesar
what was his and unto God what was His.what was his and unto God what was His.
Some consider politics & government as the
ultimate goal of Islam. All religious activities,
worshipping forms and divine commands are taken
as tools to obtain and sustain government.
15. coNseQueNces oF eXTreMisM
Traditional worshipping forms like Namaz, fasting,
recitation once considered secondary activities, can
be neglected or compromised for primary goal
(politics).e.g. prayer is delayed or even neglected(politics).e.g. prayer is delayed or even neglected
during political gatherings • While, according to
Quran, The vision of an Islamic state and the
purpose of its political authority is to implement the
worshipping forms. Allah (SWT) says: • “ They are
those who , when WE give them power in the land,
establish salah and pay zakat, bid the fair and
forbid the unfair”(22:41)
16. respoNsibiLiTY oF THe ruLer
The responsibility of the ruler is heaver than the
ruled. A ruler is a servant of the people, not their
master. We must remember here that both the ruler
and the ruled are the Khalifah of Allah. The Islamicand the ruled are the Khalifah of Allah. The Islamic
political system makes the ruler and the government
responsible firstly to Allah and then to the people.
They would be treated no differently from other
citizens. The head of the state or any government
minister could be called to the court if necessary.
17. Non-Muslims were always in majority, but prophets
never obeyed them Quran says: “ And if you obey
majority of those on earth, they will make you lose the
way of Allah”(6:116) . Votes are counted not weighted. It
is fact that intellectuals always remain less in figures.is fact that intellectuals always remain less in figures.
Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A) was against majority while
declaring jihad against zakat rejecters, afterward history
proved his wisdom And consult them In affairs, then,
when you have taken a decision put The trust In Allah
(2: 159) .While in Islam, Khalifa is considered so wise that
even he can ignore majority.

Since Pakistan’s beginnings as a homeland
for Muslims of British India in 1947, Islam has
been the one thread creating a national
identity in a state otherwise divided alongidentity in a state otherwise divided along
ethnic, provincial, cultural, religious, class,
and linguistic lines. Civilian and military
leaders have used Islam to gain legitimacy
for their rule and as tools of state policy,
strengthening the role of religious parties in
politics and society.
20. isLAMic DeMocrAsY
Islamic Democracy is a political ideology that seeks to
apply Islamic principles to public policy within
a democratic framework. Islamic political theory specifies
three basic features of an Islamic democracy: leaders
must be elected by the people, subject to sharia, andmust be elected by the people, subject to sharia, and
committed to practicing "shura", which is Arabic for
"consultation". The expression of Islamic democracy is
different in different Muslim majority countries, as sharia
interpretations vary from country to country, and the
use of sharia is more comprehensive in countries in which
sharia forms the basis for state laws
