40. Subscription Terms & Conditions
Cancellations & Re-joining:
• Service 1 can be cancelled at any time. But, if you cancel service 1 before 6 months of service
usage, a re-activation fee of 499 will be applicable at the time of re-joining.
• Service 2 cannot be cancelled within 12 months of starting service 2 or renewing service 2.
• Service 3 cannot be cancelled within 24 months of starting service 3.
• After cancellation Energyly might collect the hardware. Customer has to keep the hardware
packed for easy collection of hardware
• Customer may also be applicable for damage charges if the hardware provided for that service is
physically damaged or destroyed
• Security Deposit-Damage charges will be refunded to the customer for service 1 or 2
• Monthly rental paid in the month of cancellation of that service will not be refunded. However,
the duration of the month for which the customer did not use the service after cancellation will be
used as the balance amount which can be used after re-joining us again for the same service used
earlier. Or the customer can use the balance days in the month of cancellation itself.
• If a member fails to pay after 10 days of the due date to pay the monthly rental for a service, it will
be considered as a cancellation of that service.

41. Subscription Terms & Conditions
Cancellations & Re-joining:
• On re-joining, total subscription period for that service will continue from where customer
had cancelled. Customer’s balance days will be used when he join back. After the balance
gets exhausted, monthly rental will be collected from him depending on his service type.
• Temporary suspension of service is only possible if a service has been used for 30 months.
• Energyly reserves the right to collect the hardware from a customer if the customer has
used the service for less than 30 months at any time post cancellation.

Switching from Service 1 to Service 2 or 3:
• By paying 9999 he can switch to service 2 , if he has used the service for less than 19
months
• By paying 19999 he can switch to service 3 , if he has used the service for less than 6
months
• Monthly rental paid in the month of switching of that service will not be refunded.
Switched service will start from next month
Renewing Service 2:
• By paying 9999/- customer can renew service 2. Renewed service will start after customer
completes his 12 months of initial subscription period of service 2(12 months) Or if he has
completed his 12 months of subscription of service 2, and is currently paying 999/- per
month then monthly rental paid in the month of switching of that service will not be
refunded. Switched service will start from next month

Warranty :
• Energyly provides warranty of 1 year from any manufacturing fault
Repairing :
• If customer complains for a non-working service within 1 year of starting the service, free
servicing will be provided
• If customer complains for a non-working device after 1 year of starting the service,
customer has to pay 8000 to replace the hardware.
Damage to the box:
• Customer has to pay for the box if it is physically damaged or destroyed
