 Experience with build out, shake down, and Commission of newly installed manufacturing equipment
 During commissioning and validation process worked closelywith Syncade support, DeltaV support and
project engineering teams in order to trouble shooting systems/equipment and correct deficiencies that
appeared to be out of SOP specification.
 Update and maintain database of SOP documents to support startup of manufacturing production
facility
 Proficient in parts and equipment ordering thought SAP
 Set up, operate upstream and downstream equipment,
 Media make up in SUM (single use mixers) and tanks
 Trained on SUB (single use bioreactors) Bag installation, operations, monitoring cells,and transfers.
 Erudite in clean and sterilize bioreactors, tanks, filter housings UF/DF skids, chromatography skids
and columns using CIP and SIP operations
 Able to, monitor production processes, run assays, obtain samples to insure cell production meets
production quality standards.
