The successful candidate forthisrole musthave provenleadershipabilityinanestablishedorganization
withkeymanagementexperienceleadingteamsandworkgroups.Thispositionwill workfromourBay
Areaoffice andreportdirectlytoour Executive Director.
Responsible forsupervisingregional programstaff andoverseeingdevelopment, implementation,
evaluation,research,andcontinuousimprovementof ourprograms. Ensure program alignmentacross
all regional sitesandlocationstoorganizationalgoalsandobjectives
Supportthe operationsof the regional chapters,includinghelpingtomanage logisticsaroundour
workshops,leadfundraisinganddevelopmentefforts,manage budgetingandplanningforregional
programs, and serve as the liaisonbetweenlocal volunteerteams,corporate partners,community
partners, and headquartersstaff
Participate inregional affinitygroupsandtechnologyevents,asappropriate,toenhance BGC's regional
impactand presence
Work collaborativelywithSFheadquartersstaff toexecuteourorganizationalvisionandstrategyfor
inspiringandempoweringyoungwomenof colortoembrace technologyascreatorsand innovators
Utilize datato track and reportprogram performance andprogressandidentifyareasof improvement
to promote organizational growthacrossthe regionandnationally
