3. CEEDer Project MAX
“Your AIESEC experience enhanced.”
• Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development. If you
want to get involved in joining or running a local
AIESEC project internationally, CEEDS provide
the way to do it. This is an equally great way to
experience a culture abroad and build
leadership and professional skills, and gain a
different perspective on running an AIESEC
project.
• 5 to 8 weeks
• The Gulf, MENA or the rest of the world (upon
availability.)
4. Project MAX
LEADer
“Your TLP opportunity abroad.”
• The member will have the responsibility of leading a
group of EPs abroad throughout their leap journey,
insuring they are getting the right customer service
and the experience we promised to provide.
• The member will be the point of contact between the
TN taker and EPs themselves.
• 6 to 8 weeks
• Egypt, the Mediterranean, or Asia.
5. LEAPer Project MAX
“Your life changing experience
abroad, even better now.”
• Travel with a group of other AIESECers from
your LC. Live your GCDP experience abroad
where you get to live the interns’ life.
• 6 to 8 weeks.
• Egypt, the Mediterranean, or Asia.
6. Project MAX
What are you getting out of
this?
• Customized OPS to match your AIESEC lifestyle.
• Includes special training on video editing,
photography lessons, and other related matters.
• Leadership induction for LEADer participants

• The opportunity to apply what you learn as
CEEDer in the LC and Faci relevant trainings.
• The chance to be an OCP in iGCDP
7. What is your role in this? Project MAX
• LC Support in terms of motivation and finances;
- Motivation: introduce this package to your members
ASAP after launch and run internal campaigns to
promote it within your LCMs, emails ..etc.
- Finances: discuss it with your finance responsible on
what kind of support are you offering, examples:
Deducting a percentage of the fees,
Deducting the LC profit out of the fees since it is an
investment in the membership,
Selecting members to go for free given their
performance,
Etc.
