Broad experience of about 18 years in the Telecom Industry where I've held different management
positions handling complex businesses above 100M€/year.
I enjoy providing direction, vision and leadership. Focusing on results, strong accountability in
delivery and customer orientation are my key strengths, and I am also well known for my
positivism, passion and energy, creativity, curiosity, transformation and change management
capabilities, open and respectful communication style, flexibility and adaptability
I am PMP certified and accredited in Global Project Management for complex Telecommunication Projects
(GPM) by Alcatel-Lucent.

Being exposed to quite different corporate governance, leadership culture and management styles, I have
learned how to make business navigating through the complex internal dynamics of customer organisations,
when the power balance is cyclically shifting between central and local management.
My career has developed in 3 phases
1. field force manager of large optics / fiber deployment network and wireless network start-
up;
