2. Select Sources Tab

3. Type Mergers and Acquisitions Click Go

4. 1.Check the box for M&A Company Reports Click OK- Continue

5. Insert Company Name example: Electronic Data Systems Click ‘Search’ Electronic Data Systems

6. Click on the ‘+’ to open Company Field

7. Select Electronic Data Systems

8. Select TARGET: Electronic Data Systems Corp.

9. The record will have the Targets and the Buyers (Acquirers) Industry Codes and Descriptions
