I am currently a sworn Police Officer in the City of Philadelphia. During my tenure I have
gained experience to cope with situations firmly, courteously, tactfully and with respect for the
rights of others. Analyze situations quickly and objectively, and to determine a proper course of
action to be taken. Understand and carry out oral and written instructions, make arrests, and take
necessary police action to prevent the commission of a crime, including use of a firearm where
needed. Respond to emergency situations, use firearms and other weapons as need, as well as
identify, analyze and respond to crime and disorder problems. Use computer systems to obtain
necessary information in the performance of the position. Knowledge of NCIC and certified in
crime scene investigations.

supervising and training a staff of 17 Security Officers who hold federal, state, local, and private

standards. Developed emergency procedures for volunteer Security Officers, and provided them

Barak Obama.
July, 2011
Coordinated dignitary protection at Congregation Temple Beth' El, with Israeli Consulate
Security Officers, and the Philadelphia Police Department Homeland Security Unit. The
dignitary Protection was for the visit of Former Israeli Ambassador Dr. Michael Oren in July
2011 without incident.

Coordinated dignitary protection at Congregation Temple Beth' El for the visit of Ethiopian-
Israeli Politician Deputy Speaker of the Knessett, MK Shlomo Molla.
