Louis, worked with our group as a sub-contractor technical writer from the June 30 2002 till
January 15 2004.
In this position, his activities included:
1. Editing of training guides.
2. Assistance in writing, proofreading and correcting training manuals [Word and
Powerpoint].
3. Understanding and the subsequent preparation of hardware procedures for
machine maintenance documentation [FrameMaker].
4. Learning the Company templates and style guides, and their application.
Louis executed his job efficiently and diligently. He succeeded in creating good working
relationships with the engineers that worked with him, and with the technical writing group as a
whole.
