Working in a startup means that we constantly have to be flexible and demand as much from our vendors as
we do from ourselves.
In an industry known for its rigidity with regards to data plans and contracts, Logan and the Sprint team
managed to pull together the exact data plan we were looking for. Working on a very short timeline, he
successfully expedited our order, and went above and beyond with regards to our equipment needs, stepping
in when our usual vendor was unable to come up with what we needed.
Our interaction since has been more of the same. As issues have arisen, they have been dealt with as quickly
as possible, with extreme clarity of communication.
Where other cellular carriers had left a bad taste in our mouth, Sprint has been a breath of fresh air.

To whom it may concern,
Sprint and Clarke have had a relationship going back to the Nextel days. When the transition
from Nextel began, there was a significant debate about switching carriers for our operations.
However, due to the strong customer service commitment and attention we received from Sprint
(and that we continue to receive from Logan and his team), Clarke chose to remain with Sprint
and will likely remain for quite a while.
We have never looked back on that decision. Sprint has voluntarily lowered our bill throughout
the years and Logan is one of the most trusted advisors in our organization.
Logan and his team at Sprint are always available to assist with any issues we have throughout
the day - and even on the weekends! Additionally, thanks to Sprint, Clarke Environmental

As the Director of Operations for Martin Cartage, it is vital to me and my

With technology moving at the pace that it does today, it is sometimes
difficult to keep up.
My company needed to implement a trucking software tool on cellular
devices for our drivers, and I looked to Logan Kent and Sprint to help us
out. We have worked with Sprint in the past, and they’ve made significant

As an innovative and fast moving company developing the world’s first online eye exam, Opternative
looks to work with companies and who embody our values and can meet our needs. Sprint is not typically
associated with being innovative and agile but after working with Logan and the team at Sprint, I realize
that I was wrong.
After already having had a strong working relationship with Logan, I decided to call on him again once
moving to Opternative. Our company was at the point when we needed to start deploying company cell
phones and Logan was able to quickly get our team up and running under a corporate plan. After we
received the phones, Logan has been extremely quick to proactively address any potential issues and
communicate those clearly and effectively to me.
Opternative is currently a pre-launch company and we are only going to become bigger. As Sprint has

Since we switched to Sprint, Logan Kent has proven to be an outstanding resource
for both Sprint phones and tablets. He has been more than willing to cut through
red tape and expedite requests. The phone and data package Logan put together
for my company was very attractive and clearly superior to our carrier at the time.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with our dedicated team at Sprint Mobile for the
past six months and happy to say that we have accomplished many objectives to make
our operations run more effectively.
Our team consists of Mr. Logan Kent who has worked extremely hard to help us figure
out some very difficult connectivity issues in a restricted area at O’Hare International
airport. We have all of our issues resolved at this time and are very happy with the
services Sprint provides us. Mr. Kent’s dedication and knowledge of their products,
services and responsiveness to our needs have been second to none. He is always
willing to go the extra mile to help us solve any issues we encounter and his
responsiveness to emails and phone calls were always handled quickly and effectively.
Mr. Ophis Mills, our dedicated care specialist has been great to work with as well. He
answers all of our questions in a timely manner and is instrumental in helping us with
activating our new equipment including managing our invoice of over 100 active lines
with Sprint.
We use a wide range of equipment with Sprint including phones, direct connect, smart
phones, Geotab and Wi-Fi hotspots which we have found work really well in an
environment where it is difficult to get internet service. We are also trying some new
equipment regarding hands-free and one touch phone operations which is Department
of Transportation compliant and will make our operations safer for our drivers and
passengers.
Overall we feel our relationship with Sprint is stronger than ever and look forward to
many years of a successful partnership.
