Registrar and Admissions
Duties:
- Collecting, processing, and filing transcript requests
- Applicant Transcript evaluation (prior to enrollment)
- Creating transcripts for withdrawing students
- Handling withdrawal process, including but not limited to:
o Working with business office (fees)
o Handling withdrawal papers with various grade levels
o Creating leaving certificates
o Forwarding all documents (report cards, transcripts) to future schools
- Creating all letters of enrollment
- Creating all certificates of attendance
- Manages all student records/files, including scanning data in Synergetics
- Manages Synergetics, including updating yearly data (contact information, name changes, etc)
- Works closely with admissions department and grade level offices (including guidance) to process
new students, including but not limited to:
o Entering data for all new students in Synergetics
o Migrating Future Students into Current students as school begins
- Respond to all written and verbal inquiries regarding admission to AIS
- Establish and maintain files for all applicants and students already attending AIS
- Forward copies of student records / new student to relevant offices and counselors
- Keep the superintendent informed of day-to-day activities – inquiries etc.
- Prepare statistical reports on enrollment, in coordination with the Business Office
