Distributing product knowledge is an ongoing challenge in the
Automotive industry. For a major European OEM, we developed an interactive knowledge
and information portal. The web-based resource gives the initial foundation of product
knowledge every Service and Sales Associate needs in order to maintain exemplary customer
service, and then it continues the education with regular updates and the ability for interactive
questions, which increases customer satisfaction and aids Associates to increase revenue
and performance.
Generating greater profit in Fixed Operations is critical
to the survival of many dealerships. Ardent creates and delivers workshops that range from
in-store half day sessions to regional week long events and helps:

Regain lost customers with marketing programs
Our assessment approach started by aligning business needs with tangible measures in the
form of KPIs and providing Fixed Operations Managers with supporting tools, processes,

Launching a new product or internal program can be

interactive virtual launch program allowing personnel to get to know the new car inside and out.
With high-end video production, rock music, and a gaming component, this upbeat and unique
