Lindley Reid:
On behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, we would like to thank you for
volunteering at the Coalinga Fire Fill the Boot drive on April 11, 2014. With your
help we were able to raise $8,145 (Record year for Coalinga Fire and MDA!)
Your volunteer service was greatly appreciated, as it was essential to the
success of the event.
We have you recorded as working a total of 2 volunteer hours for the Muscular
Dystrophy Association. Please feel free to use this letter as verification of hours
served and contact MDA directly if you need any further verification.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. MDA
funds research and patient services for 43 neuromuscular diseases that affect a
million American of all ages. The MDA Central Valley Chapter serves nearly
1,000 patients locally through our support groups, summer camp, clinic services,
loan closet and repairs of medical equipment.
On behalf of all those we serve, I extend deep appreciation for your generous
support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. We are so grateful for your
willingness to serve as a friend of MDA.
Sincerely,
Renee Contreras
Fundraising Coordinator
MDA – Central California Chapter
