This document discusses how to turn problems into opportunities by taking a positive approach like "Extreme Lemonade Makers". It advocates using a 5 step process: 1) Stop and pause when encountering a problem, 2) Analyze the situation objectively, 3) Plan a wise course of action, 4) Execute the plan by working through obstacles, and 5) Review the experience to improve for next time. The overall message is that attitude is a choice, and making a habit of focusing on opportunities instead of negatives can help one thrive even in terrible situations.
2. FOVC Lemons2
This book is dedicated to all of the
Extreme Lemonade Makers that I have
been blessed to know.
The good news I have learned from them
is it’s REALLY up to us. It is a choice, one
we all can make. Ya even me, even you.

4. It’s Simple, Really ;)
Most people let their Lemons
get them down.
We focus on them, we worry
about them, we obsess about
our Problems!
Everyone Knows
Problems are a bummer,
depressing and there is always
ANOTHER PROBLEM!

5. It’s Simple, Really ;)
Except Some people don’t. Period.
Sure they have problems,
problems are a part of everyone's life.
But these rare people don’t focus on the
obvious negative or stress or worry.
Somehow they are able to be positive;
they see the situation realistically but
genuinely find the good in any situation.

6. It’s Simple, Really ;)
No matter how extreme their problems really
are, I am taking Shakespearian tragedy and loss.
They Triumph, they Overcome they Thrive!
The more terrible the situation the more
important it is!
They must make something good out of the
stinking, rotten, putred pile of steaming horse
shit the world has handed them.
I call this making Life Lemonade
and these people

7. It’s a Choice and a Habit
Most people think circumstance determines their attitude.
Extreme Lemonade Makers know that’s NOT TRUE, no matter
how big, ugly and scary the Life Lemon. Period the End.
They know better. They know that you can’t control what life
throws at you but you can control how you feel about it.
They KNOW attitude is a CHOICE that becomes a Habit.
A Habit Extreme Lemonade Makers ALL have.
Making that Choice is a Skill. Like any new Skill it takes effort
and training to build this essential Habit. Ready to Start?
