18. Day 5…..after the cruise
Now for the rest of the story….we went to this cool hotel with an ocean
view when we left the boat! It was awesome… until the storm rolled in
and knocked out the power. After we played Euchre in the lobby for
three hours by candlelight we climbed to the 8th floor to retrieve our
bags in the dark by flashlight – carried them down all 8 floors and
hopped in this cab to change hotels because they evacuated ours! We
had to laugh because what else could you do? What a way to end a
glorious week! Who else has these memories? The end…..
