The family had an amazing Christmas holiday in Busselton, where they stayed in a caravan park right on the beach. They enjoyed many activities together like surfing, hiking at Canal Rocks, watching the sunset at Preverley Beach, and hiring jet skis. They also visited Margaret River, where they enjoyed a retro bakery and driving through beautiful countryside. The document discusses all the fun memories and bonding experiences the family had over their holiday activities.

1. Christmas 2011

2. I always love going on
our family holidays, we
always do so many fun
things and make so
many memories that
will last a life time. This
year we went to
Busselton and we had
just the most amazing
time! We stayed in a
caravan park right on
the beach just out of
the centre of town.

3. We did so many
things while we
there and saw
some beautiful
scenery. It made it
so much more
beautiful just
having everyone
together as a
family. This photo
was taken at Canal
Rocks. It was so
cool there climbing
on all the rocks
and watching the
waves crash up
high after hitting
the rocks. We all
had so much fun
there.

4. We went to so
many beaches
while we were
there. My favourite
was Preverley
beach. We got
there just in time
to watch the sun
set. It was a
beautiful night just
watching the sun
set and watching
the kite surfers
catch some
monster waves!

5. One of the greatest
things my sister
Jess and I did was
go surfing.
Catching the
waves was so
exhilarating . It
was just so much
fun! It was a bit
cold though
because we went
early in the
morning! But it
was all good when
the sun started to
warm up. :P

6. I did a lot of things
with Jess. We
would go picture
taking, go ice-
cream hunting
:P, We found some
of the nicest
swimming places
too. We also hired
a stand up paddle
board. I wasn't
very good at it so I
just sat on it and
Jess rowed us! We
did so many other
fun things I just
loved spending
quality time with
her 

7. The whole family
loved going to this
beautiful little retro
bakery in Margaret
River. It had too
many yummy things
in it! In the shop
there were so many
cool things.
Different lamp
shades just hung
everywhere on the
roof and there were
lots of old chairs. I
thought that the
table numbers were
really cute. They
were cartoon
children's book
pages! We always
had a great time
when ever we ate

8. We also went up to
Cape Leeuwin. It
was a really rainy
day and was really
cold! Cape
Leeuwin is where
the two oceans
meet. It was quite
interesting to see!
We tried to see if
we could see
whales.. But it
wasn't the time for
them to be passing
through. Which
was a bit
disappointing but
it was still a really
fun day. 

9. We had SO much
fun when we hired
jet skis!! It was the
most exhilarating
thing that I have
ever done! I feared
for my life when I
on with Jess.. She
went crazy! But I
felt so much safer
when I was with
dad.. He protected
me. 
We had the best
time hiring the jet
skis.

10. We loved driving in
the country parts
of Margaret River.
There were so
many beautiful
farms and
vineyards that we
love looking at and
taking photos of. It
was so peaceful
there when you
had the windows
down hair flying
just having a really
good time with the
family together.

of this really cute
surf shop in
Cowaramup a little
drive out of
Margaret River. It
is a really cute
little town, very
small, but there are
some great things
to see and do
there. Like going
to the really good
lolly shop :P The
town also has 31
statue cows
everywhere in the
town. It was a
really cute place to
spend time in. 

at Hamelin Bay.
The weather was
really cold, rainy
and blowy. So we
decided to go for a
drive and we
ended up here. We
went swimming
although it was
freezing! After we
swam we put up
our beach tent and
sat under it while it
rained! It was a
really good day
even though the
weather wasn't
very good. 

13. We spent a lot of
time at the
foreshore of
Busselton.
Whether it be
swimming, having
coffee, eating fish
and chips, going
on the fun park on
the
slides, trampolines
, or mini golf. The
ice-cream was
always good too!
We loved just
spending time
together on the
beautiful
foreshore.

14. This was the best Family Holiday ever! We has so
many adventures that brought us closer together and
had so many funny times that made us appreciate
each other more. Now I just can’t wait for this years
holiday, we have booked the same place to stay, can’t
wait for more amazing fun times and memories to
keep with us forever.
