- Welcome and thank you for joining us today’s webinar, “Lead retrieval? There’s an App for That. Over the next 15 minutes or so I will provide you with an overview of iLeads, Bartizan’s lead retrieval app for the iPhone and iPod Touch that will launch on April 1. Because we have a diverse audience today, one that consists of registration contractors and other resellers, event organizers, exhibitors and competitors, this will be a general overview. Topics of special interest to you can be addressed in a future webinar or by calling or emailing me. At the conclusion of today’s webinar I will give you my direct line and email address.
- Today we will cover the following topics:
- So just how does iLeads work? The reseller, typically a registration contractor, and the exhibitor each need only take 5 easy steps to implement iLeads. The reseller first adds iLeads to its list of lead retrieval solutions on its event order form. It is perfectly practical to offer a 2-D based lead retrieval solution along with iLeads for a given event. Next, the reseller adds the event to the iLeads database via our LeadsLightning website. Add attendees to the iLeads database, something that can be done in one fell swoop or incrementally. Upload exhibitor information to the database, either as orders come in or in a batch. Finally, the last step requires no work on the part of the reseller. iLeads automatically emails access codes to those exhibitors that have paid the reseller.
- So...five easy steps And for the exhibitor, 5 equally easy steps: Orders from reseller - and pays reseller Enters the access code received via email in the iLeads app on his iPhone or iPod Touch. Captures leads by entering attendees' badge numbers on iLeads display Using drop-down menus, the exhibitor adds qualifiers, surveys and notes, all of the things that differentiate a lead from a name on a mailing list. Incidentally, in the near future voice notes will be part of iLeads. Using iLeads web-based reports, the exhibitor can view and manage leads. He can do such things as filter them to identify his best prospects, share them with others within his organization and calculate ROI. Leads can be exported to the exhibitor's CRM system. iLeads will soon be integrated with Salesforce.
