Director of Perioperative Services October 2004 – Present
Responsible for the clinical care of patients in OR and PACU locations throughout main
campus and three off-site ambulatory surgery centers
Responsible for education programs for all staff including new hired and existing
employees, developed specific educational plans for leadership including assistant nurse
managers and nurse managers. Provided hands on and computer based training.
Program development including the development and implementation of and Adult Level
I trauma program, the build out of four new operating rooms, and extensive renovation of
sterile processing areas within the operating room.
