Board Member and Marketing Team 
 The Sports Review Journal is a surveillance journal which reviews research publications and comments on the strengths and weaknesses of that literature in a 300 word summary. 
 The purpose is to give researchers, physicians, fellows, and anyone else interested in the fields of Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, and Rehabilitation Medicine, a way to read through the large amounts of literature that exist and are being published, in a more efficient way that is permitting of their limited time. 
 The journal is currently being approved by the library of congress, with our pilot launch scheduled for May 2015. 
University of Miami Biomedical Engineering Department 09/2014 – Present 
Teaching Assistant for the Scanning Electron Microscopy Laboratory 
 Assist in the design and running of graduate course in the principles of scanning electron microscopy as well as manage the laboratory 
 Write operations manual for the scope and course

 Was able to attend research symposiums to present my research and network with professionals and other students in the field

 An award-winning, learning program available by invitation only to students receiving a University of Miami merit/academic scholarship 
 This program matched me with an employer/mentor for the purpose of gaining experience toward future professional goals 
President and Physician Shadowing Coordinator for the American Medical Students Association (AMSA): 
 As President I have been responsible for the advancement of our organization through collaboration with other pre-health organizations at the University of Miami 
 Handle all administrative responsibilities of the organization along with monthly meetings with University of Miami faculty 
 Oversee my executive board while planning and heading all club meetings as well as coordinating with admissions officers from medical schools to come and speak to our members 
 As the physician shadowing coordinator I recruited and coordinated with physicians of all specialties to provide shadowing experiences for our members 
Premedical Advisor and Student Ambassador for Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES): 
 Venue for opportunities in research and networking with professionals in the industry and exposure to life as a Biomedical Engineer

 Conducting orthopedic research at the Biomechanics and Stem Cell laboratory lead by Dr. Chun Yuh Huang in the University of Miami Biomedical Engineering Department 
 Currently working on a project dealing with Intervertebral Disc Degeneration and Scanning Electron Microscopy analysis of an in vivo nutrient delivery system for Intervertebral Discs 
 Project deals with the effects of ATP and Adenosine on IVD cell proliferation and matrix regeneration, along with a catheter project to directly feed nutrients and stem cells to the IVD discs

 Organization that specializes in bringing clean running water to rural communities in the Dominican Republic 
 Lead group of students as an aqueduct system is design and built to distribute clean running water to all home of the community 
MedLife Medical Missions: 
 Organization that specializes in providing free medical care to impoverished communities in various countries 
 Traveled to Lima, Peru, where we set up mobile clinics in the outskirts of Lima, medical care included general checkups, dental cleanings, gynecological checkups, and health education 
Art of Healing:
