Emerging Lawyer Lauren Levin began
her legal career as a law clerk with
Miroballi, Durkin & Rudin, LLC in 2006.
She graduated from The John Marshall
Law School in May 2007 and was hired
on as an associate attorney. Before
law school, she received a masters
in bioethics from the Medical College
of Wisconsin, and a bachelor’s in
political science and sociology from the
University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Lauren handles an extensive case load
from pre-litigation to trial. She has first
chair and second chair experience
trying cases in the Circuit Court’s Law
Division, including complicated medical
malpractice cases. In addition, she
successfully arbitrates and mediates
cases on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Successful appeals include litigating:
Aylward v. Settecase; Watson v. South
Shore Nursing & Rehab; and, Doe v.
Weinzweig. Publications include: “The
Application of the Petrillo Doctrine to
Cases Filed Against Hospitals and Clinics”
