Jason D. Hunter is an associate in the Riverside office of
Fernandez & Lauby LLP. Mr. Hunter has a diverse background
in construction defect, general civil litigation, and criminal law
matters. The primary emphasis of his current practice is
construction defect and personal injury law. He received his
Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in the Spring of 2013.
While in law school, Mr. Hunter competed on the Moot Court
Honors Board and Trial Advocacy Honors Board teams. Mr.
Hunter also clerked with Allergan, Inc.’s inhouse counsel, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office,
Honorable Karen Nudell, Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP, and Angulo McGhee, PLC.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Hunter completed his undergraduate studies at the University of
California, Santa Barbara, where he received his B.A. in Film and Media Research & Theory and a minor
in Sports Management.
He is admitted to practice in all state courts of California and is a member of the American Bar
Association and Orange County Bar Association.
In his free time, Jason enjoys playing golf, surfing, photography, and taking his dogs to the beach.
