2. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I have several years of work experience in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Denmark, gathered from private
business, public sector and NGOs.
I have competencies within strategy and project development and implementation (corresponding to
an IPMA level A/B certification). All phases of project cycle management, including budget and resource
management, as well as monitoring and reporting, have been my responsibilities. – Important elements
have been “Triple Bottom Line” (TBL), stakeholder analysis, participatory approaches and understanding of
cultural challenges. – Responsible for complex project and program portfolios of varying size (up to 2 Mio.
USD annually, total 3 – 5 Mio. USD).
I have had management responsibilities and have worked with organisational development, CSR
strategies in partnerships, network, as well as support to compliance and conduct. This through
position as executive director in a consulting company (5-8 staffs), as responsible for the strategic expansion
of a project department (from 1 to 5 staffs), as team leader on numerous consultancies, and long term
support (10+ years) to strategic and organisational development of 5 partners in Latin America. Further I
have headed the organisational restructuring of a small Danish consulting company.
Over the years I have accumulated significant experience as trainer, coach and facilitator. It adds up to
1.000+ persons from all regions of the World, including some 100 people from a Danish context. – Topics
include organisational assessment and development, organisational strategy and compliance, stakeholder
analysis, participatory methods, analytical tools, as well as individual coaching.
