KTF5-3000型葵花脱壳分选机是我公司拥有自主知识产权的专业产品,具有较高的市场
占有率。该产品通过无破损提升系统、高效的脱壳系统及专业的分离系统，使产品达到更高
整仁率和更高生产量。原料进入脱壳器中，精准撞击产生破壳；处理后的仁、皮和未脱壳颗粒
进入悬浮皮籽分离器中，并进行精确的分离筛选; 同时，通过旋风除尘器将皮和尘土排出；四
台振动筛依次对仁和未脱壳颗粒进行完全的分离；未脱壳颗粒将回到回料脱壳器中进行二
次脱壳；最终成品进入储料箱。此外，该产品采用立式提升输送原料，在增加产量的基础上，
有效避免原料堵塞；回料系统通过无破碎提升机，大大降低回料破损。独有的PLC电气化控制

・PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The KTF5-3000 Sunflower Seeds Dehuller is our patented product with the exclusive proprietary rights and having 80% of market share in China. High-
est perfect kernel rate and maximum yield capacity of sunflower and black oil sunflower seeds are ensured by systematic shelling procedures,
non-crushing transportation, and efficient separating sieves assembly. The production begins with raw materials being fed in the dehullers and then
shelled materials, the mixture consisting of kernels, husks and unshelled product is discharged to suspended seperator. At this stage, a cyclone sucks
and then removes hulls and dust, followed by separation of hulled kernels and unhulled seeds with vibrating screens. The unshelled seeds will be
returned to dehullers. After passing of all of the stages, the finished product is ready and is deposited in the hopper. This product adopts bucket
elevator to transport raw materials, which can avoid blockages effectively. Return processing system of non-crushing hoist greatly reduces damages.
Furthermore, the overall system of equipment is intelligentized with PLC electronically control system which is more efficient and convenient for
regulation.

5XF-2000型复式清选机是一款结合初选和分级的多功能粮食加工设备，主要用于经济作物的筛选作业。该产品利用四组特定筛片，筛选出不同的
杂质，土块、不良作物(瘪籽、坏籽)，同时选出不同大小的成品原料。原料进入比重台，通过正压悬浮，大杂和瘪籽向后移动进入集尘箱出料口，成品原料
向前移动进入分级筛，物料通过偏心振动沿多层筛面前行进行分级，同时去除过大或过小杂质，将大中小料分类出料，筛片的大小可根据客户需求定制
选装；利用弹力球有效解决筛网堵塞问题，并且通过比重台和分级二次工序达到最佳筛选效果。此外，为提高产品选别效率，该机还配备了专用的风运
原料提升机来进行原料提升，该风运原料提升机由小型振动筛、小型旋风除尘器和物料管道三部分组成，本设备主要有除杂、去石、提料、除尘等功能。
The 5XF-2000 Air-Screen Cleaner is a multi-purpose machine with pre-cleaning and sorting unit for mostly commercial crops. The operation of the ma-
chine is divided into two parts. In the first screening system with gravity separator, raw materials fall to the screen, then blight seeds are let to fall out
using the eccentric shaft generated by the positive air pressure. Desired materials and larger impurities are moved forward to the top of the screen.
Larger impurities are discharged from the outlet. Undersized contaminants and soil in materials fall by the next screen, while the desired materials
continue to move ahead. Finally, all of the good materials are categorized into specific size dimensions i.e. big, medium and small sizes through grad-
ing screens. The cleaning system has elastic balls moving for preventing screen blockages. This product is the most sensitive screening and cleaning
equipment with gravity separator and vibrating grader. Moreover, this product is equipped with proprietary elevator for transferring materials to the
air screen cleaner; the materials are passed through the screener and cyclone that are attached to the elevator.

The C / T / Z Model Non-Crushing Elevator is used in the production line for convenient and cost effective transportation of materials. This elevator
model as the name suggests comes with zero broken rate thanks to the transportation driven by chains. This occurs at a slower speed as to prevent
any contact between materials and the system. This product is applicable to hoisting a wide range of materials like sunflower seeds, kernels, grains,
foods, herbal materials and other easily breakable materials. This product is used for both horizontal and vertical conveying of materials, and is com-
patible to work in the production line as a single unit or multiple units combined in to one that is suitable for more feeding or discharging. The height

去石机主要用于去除农产品中的石子、金属、玻璃、并肩石及其他
伴生杂质等，该机可筛选葵花籽、籽仁类、打瓜籽、小麦、稻谷等多种农作
物，并拥有极高的除石效果。原料由投料口进入设备筛体中，负压式风机
产生的风力作用于筛体，使筛体产生负压环境，搭配倾斜的振动式鱼鳞
筛板，使物料与废料相对而行；废料向高层筛面攀爬经由废料口排出，物
料向低层筛面运行进入成品料口；针对不同物料，设备风量和去石筛板
的倾斜角度可进行调节，从而达到更好的清选效果。另外，由于该机有效
的去除了石子、金属等杂质，也保护了流水线中的下游设备，大大减少了
设备磨损及故障率。
The Grain De-Stoner is designed for effective removal of stones and
iron, dirt, glass and other heavy materials from crops, i.e. sunflower
seeds, kernels, water melon seeds, wheat and rice, etc. The materials
passes on an inclined oscillating fish-skin like screen. Materials and
high density waste are separated using upward current air passed with
the help of a blower. The heavy materials (stones) fall through the air
stream and are discharged from stone outlet. Grains suspended then
sink down to grains outlet. Air volume and angle can be adjusted to
meet an optimal degree of separation according to different materials.
In addition, the excellent removal of high-density impurities like stones
protects the downstream processing equipment and thus perceptibly
reduces its wear and tear.

肥料等颗粒状物料的提升。立式提升机由皮带和多组畚斗组成，设备顶部和底
部装有辊轮。料斗经皮带转动通过入料口时，物料由于重力作用自动流入料斗
内；当料斗经皮带转动到达设备顶部，物料再由重力作用流向出料口；该机结构
灵活，无论是机身高度、料斗宽度、设备材质都可满足不同客户的定制需求。该
设备加装了电机防雨罩、链条防护罩以及检修平台，最大限度的保障了设备的
耐用性以及易维护性。本设备可加装上料平台或地坑料箱，在保证最大化物料
提升量的同时，也保证了最小的物料破损率。
One of the most efficient ways to elevate bulk materials vertically is with a
bucket elevator. This bucket elevator is suited for transportation of cereals,
seeds, fertilizers of granular products. A Bucket Elevator consists of a series
of buckets attached to a belt with sprockets located at the top and bottom of
the unit. Bulk materials are loaded into each bucket as the bucket moves past
an inlet point. As the bucket goes over the head sprocket, materials pour out
of the bucket into a discharge. It is worth noting that our bucket elevator is
greatly flexible as it meets the construction requirements of individual plant
layouts, i.e. height, bucket width, and carbon or stainless steel build. With
weather-proof & dust-proof construction and security measures that are
carefully fitted to maintain product integrity and work environment. Thus,

振动除杂筛用于清选种子、小麦、坚果、玉米等物料中的各类杂质。原料经提升机进料，轻杂质和粉尘通过双吸风比重器吸出；剩余原料进
入除杂筛筛面，第一层筛面可筛选出如树枝、绳子和杂草等比原料大的杂质，第二层筛面可筛出小于原料的细小杂质，如沙子和破碎原料等。
该机可通过调整振动电机的振击率来达到最理想的清选效果。该产品广泛应用于各类农产品加工行业，并已成为谷物除杂的首选设备。在各
类生产流水线中，该机可搭配我公司专业除尘设备从而达到生产环境零污染的效果。
The Vibrating De-Impurity is used for cleaning different size of the impurities in the materials, such as seeds, wheat, nuts, corn, etc. Raw
materials after fed into machine by elevator, light impurities and dust are sucked out through double direction of gravity catcher. The left
materials enter into vibratory sieving trunk, there are two layers of sieves and the first layer can separate coarse impurities, ie large pieces of
wood, strings and straw) bigger than the grain, while the second layer can separate fine impurities, sand and broken grain, smaller than the
grain. The sieves have vibration mechanism to ensure better cleaning process by adjustable vibratory rate, angle of engine, and rubber balls
inside for the self-cleaning. This product is widely used in agricultural product processing industry of various materials, and it has become
the preferred choice for not only a grain cleaning but also grading by size. Additionally, it can be applied to the assembly line to achieve the
automatic operation with cyclone dust separator or pulse-jet bag filter dust collector which greatly support in protecting the environment.

振动分级筛主要用于对颗粒大小不同的种子、籽仁、坚果、豆类等原料进行分级。该机采用双振动电机、橡胶减振器、不同规格筛网和弹力
球实现自动清选与分级的功能。物料通过振动，沿多层筛面前行进行分级，同时去除所有过大和过小杂质。筛网大小和筛层数量均可定制，从
而达到高效分级且广泛应用的效果；筛网可根据客户需求定制碳钢或食品级不锈钢材质。该产品可安装在色选机后，进行最后的质量把控；或
安装在脱壳机前，进行基础分级。该机设计合理，结构紧凑，是目前最理想的颗粒分级设备。
The Vibrating Grader is mainly used to sizing the different sizes of seeds, kernels, nuts, beans, etc. Automatic cleaning & grading procedure
adopts dual vibrating motors, rubber shock absorber, different sizes of sieves and rubble balls. Materials are vibrated along sieving deck
which has multi-layers, then are graded to different levels by size, while oversized and under sized impurities get removed. Customized vari-
ous screen mesh and amount of sieve layers that make the vibrating grader has wide range of applications and high grading efficiency. Car-
bon steel or stainless steel can be chosen for quality standard of the screener materials. The product is installed behind the colour sorting
machine for a final quality control, or in front of the seeds shelling machine for pre-cleaning. An optimal design, efficient grading operation
and compact structure makes it an ideal grading equipment.

The Grain Polisher is used to polish ground seeds, pump-
kin seeds, watermelon seeds and other beans. This
product provides polishing process and removes the
dust, moldy spots and surface soil of materials, thus con-
tribute to high sales value with cleaning, shiny, smooth
and dust free seeds. Desired polishing effect is achieved
through rotation of the screw shaft, cleaning with polish-
ing brushes, mutual displacement, and movement and
friction with each other in the fluidized process. Grain
Polisher can process as a single unit or a set when at-
tached to a unit. It is also possible to attach a dust cham-
ber to collect cuticle and other impurities during produc-
tion process.

BLOW/DRAW TYPE GRAVITY SEPARATOR
比重机利用独有物理特性适用于筛选体积相同而重量不同的物料（葵花籽、籽仁、种子等农产品），可去除秸杆、树枝、石子、未成熟料、虫
蛀料及破碎原料等。该产品利用正压吹附或负压吸附原理，根据颗粒状物料在流态化过程中产生的比重偏析现象。通过调整风压、振幅等参
数，使物料间相互置换产生分层，比重大的向下部沉降，比重小的向上部漂移，待进入落料区后，可按要求将比重不同的物料从不同的出料口
排出。同时比重机另设有去石口，可以将物料中的石子有效分离出来，所以被该设备加工后的原料可满足不同的千粒重或整齐度要求。此外，
该设备与配套脉冲除尘器搭配，连接轴流风机，做到高效吸附选别；该产品可单一使用，或搭配其他设备（如去石机，分级筛等）效果更佳。
This Blow/Draw Type Gravity Separator is a practical solution for screening materials that are identical in physical characteristics (length,
width, thickness and shape), but where there are finer differences in the specific gravity or weight from one to another. This product, most
suitable for gravity separation of beans, seeds, grains, effectively removes straw, branches and leaves, stone, worm-eaten (moth etc.) or
imperfect seeds or grains. It utilizes blow and draw types specific gravity of positive and negative pressure to produce specific gravity seg-
regation phenomenon under fluidization of graininess material. Through adjusting wind pressure and eccentric shaft, different proportion
materials are classified i.e. large proportion materials sink down and smaller proportion drift upward, then different proportion finished
products discharge from corresponding outlets while an extra outlet for stone dispatchment is also included. So, the equipment can meet
the desired thousands seeds weight(TSW) and uniformity for different materials processed. The finest cooperation with relative pulse-jet
bag filter dust collector is connected through axial flow fans. We recommend it in coordination with our other equipment for the best results.

窝眼机
INDENTED CYLINDER
窝眼机是以物料长度来进行分级的粮食加工设备，主要筛选细粒种子、小麦，燕麦，扁豆等物料，葵花籽选别过程中也可分离桔梗和其他
杂质。窝眼机结合主传动轴和滚筒转动进行筛选，内置的窝孔直径大小决定所选别的物料大小。任何与窝孔相同或小于窝孔的物料通过滚桶
滚动提入U型收料槽；再通过U型收料槽中的螺旋输送机将短籽推出，进入短籽出料口；剩于的较大物料通过滚桶底部倾斜转动送入长籽出料
口。该机可通过更改电机转动频率来实现最好的选别效果。本设备有多种尺寸筛网可供选择，以适应不同的分离需求，还可通过变频器调节滚
筒转速、U型槽角度，可以实现不同的分离目的。
The Indented Cylinder is used for grading by length all granular materi-
als such as fine seeds, wheat, oats, lentils. For sunflower seeds, it also
separates stalks and unwanted long or short product impurities. The cyl-
inder machine utilizes a main drive with conveyor shaft and cylinder as
the only moving parts. The diameter size of the indent pockets on the
inside surface of the cylinder determines the length of the lifted material.
Any material the same size as or smaller than the indent pockets is lifted
and dropped into the receiving trough. The transportation of the material
from the trough to an outside spout is performed by a screw conveyor.
The remaining larger material is taken to the discharge spout by inclined
rotation. Indent cylinders are available in many sizes to suit a wide variety
of separation needs, and also variation in separating performance can be
achieved by cylinder speeds, wide range of trough angles and retarder
control for grain depth.

永磁式葵花虫眼机主要用于去除农产品中含有虫洞、裂壳等物料，该机可筛选葵花籽、花生等带壳农作物。通过入料口利用提升机将葵花籽或
其他物料和铁砂送入搅拌滚筒，实现铁粉与物料不间断地搅拌--分离--筛选--排出机体，循环往复，将好的物料和有虫洞、裂壳等物料有效分离并各
自排出机体之外，完成后有虫洞、裂壳等物料筛选率可达99％以上，筛选后的成品含铁量为零；同时该机可实现铁砂有效回收、循环利用、短时间内
可以完成较高的劳动强度，从而节省了劳动时间，提高了工作效率。该设备通常装配在色选流水生产线中，广泛运用于全国各地葵花收购点、炒货厂
以及流动选货商使用。
This Magnetic Separator uses magnetic powder for highly effective removal of worm eaten seeds. The operation is applicable to a wide range of
shelled crops from sunflower seeds to peanuts. During the screening process raw materials are mixed with magnetic powders in the mixing barrel and
are stirred continuously to let the wormholes and cracks in the former fill up with the latter. The mix then is dosed onto the conveyor belt. A strong
magnetic force pulls all the seeds with magnetic powder to the next layer, good quality seeds on the other hand continue to the discharging unit.
Magnet content is removed from the undesired seeds completely with use of the unit’s vibrating trough. There is 100% magnet content free finished
product and allowing re-use of the magnetic powder. This machine can screen higher materials at the separating rate of more than 99%, saving labor
time and greatly improving work efficiency. This unit is usually assembled in front of the color sorting production line, or behind the line as the last
step. This Yongming product is widely used in the sunflower seeds processing market.

产品用于收集和储存生产作业中产生的灰尘和微粒废物，广泛应
用于粮食加工、木材加工、矿山采掘等行业的烟尘净化、回收及清
灰等。设备运行时，粉尘在滤袋内不断积累，所以该机需定时清洗
滤袋，以保持最佳除尘效果。每个滤袋上方均设有喷嘴，通过气管
引入高压气流，可瞬间将压缩的空气以同等数量垂直向下吹向各

The DMC Pulse-Jet Bag Filter Dust Collector is one of our en-
vironmental protective products in our company. The dust
collector is design to collect and store dust and particulate
from production and operation, it is widely use in cleaning
air, recovering valuable pollutants and removing dust in many
different industries including grain processing, woodworking,
and mine excavating. As dust accumulates in the filter bags,
periodic cleaning of the bags in order to maintain continuous
operation. This periodic cleaning of bags is achieved by intro-
ducing a timed, momentary pulse of compressed air through
a blow pipe, with nozzles mounted above each filter bag. An
equal amount of compressed air is blown vertically down-
wards into each bag, the high pressure compressed air creates
a shock wave down each bag causing it to release the majority
of dust formed around the outside, the removed dust is then
collected in the hopper. This product is constructed from a se-
ries of modular components which allow for standardization
yet retains the ability to be completely flexible with selection,
sizing, materials of construction, filter media, and equipment
arrangement.

粒。含尘空气进入旋风分离器，粉尘颗粒沿旋风分离器内壁运动；当粉尘颗粒停止转动后，在气旋中会下降到底部集尘室。该产品通常用作前处理过滤

The Cyclone Dust Collector is designed specifically for the dust and easy impurities collection during the grain cleaning. This product utilizes a long
cone design and has a mechanical separator that uses centrifugal force to remove dust particulates from the grain processing production, thereby
enaveling effecient material separation. Dusty air enters the cyclone and the dust particles travel around the inner wall of the cyclone as the particles
lose their velocity, they drop lower in the cyclone until they drop into the receptical below. Often used as pre-filters, the cyclone removes the majority
of the dust particulate, leaving only the very fine dust to be handled by filters, if the work burden is the amount of dust is minimal, a cyclone dust
collector would suffice.
