INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER
MAR 2016 – PRESENT
Managing mandated Global Infrastructure projects, managing all
projects stakeholders (that are comprised of 14 Non-Life Regional
& In-countries IT Team, 5 Life Regional & In-countries IT Team),
produces projects artifacts, provides Level 1 support and Global
escalation, performs continuous improvement process to
improve services or processes throughout the project life cycle,
provides knowledge transfer and training as part of projects
handover.
Here are my accomplishments:
 Migrating 7,600 mailboxes from Exchange servers (on-
premise) to O365 Exchange Online (cloud). This project
was completed in Mar 2018.
 Migrating 2,200 mobile users from MobileIron/AirWatch
(on-premise) to Microsoft Intune (cloud). This project was
completed in Aug 2018.
 Working closely with Regional and In-countries Application
Team for application compatibility testing where 265
applications are to be assessed and tested as part of
Windows10 Migration project scope. This activity was
completed in Jan 2018.
 Working closely with Regional and In-countries IT Team for
business users testing and sign off as part of Windows10
Migration project scope. This activity was completed in
Dec 2018.
 Migrating 8,000 user machines from Windows7 to
Windows10 (Chubb Common Desktop) as part of
Windows10 Migration project scope and to be completed
by end of 2019.
 Migrating all Legacy user accounts into a single domain as
part of Ace Chubb Integration project and to be completed
by end of 2019.
 Chubb Collaboration tools (Ms Teams, OneDrive)
deployment to all Chubb users by end of Sep 2019.

SENIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
JAN 2009 – FEB 2019
Managing all SQL databases especially on Production servers and
perform DBA role and responsibilities such as database backup
and recovery, routine database monitoring, perform database
capacity planning for budgeting purpose, perform SQL server
upgrade, perform ad-hoc database health check and performance
tuning.
Data Mirror and Informatica application administrator role are
added. Source code changes are to be deployed to the Production
server upon receiving approval from the Change Management
Board and based on the agreed implementation date and time.
Involved in Data Mirror and Informatica Upgrade project.
Managing mandated Global Infrastructure projects as Project
Manager and here are my accomplishments:
 Migrating the fax solutions from RightFax Servers to the cloud
and to ease the fax management especially for end users
where they can send or receive faxes via e-mail. This project
was completed in Nov 2012.
 Upgrading Windows XP to Windows7. This project was
completed in Nov 2014.
 Upgrading SEP11 to SEP12 on all desktop users. This project
was completed in Jan 2015.
 Facilitate Global Security project by implementing Guardium
to audit all SQL Servers for compliance purpose. This project
was completed in Apr 2015.
 IE10 Upgrade and SP2 deployment for Microsoft Office 2010
was deployed on all desktop users. This project was completed
in Jul 2015.
 Upgrading all Windows 2003 servers to Windows 2008 R2.
This project was completed in Aug 2015.
 Upgrading WAS7 to WAS8.5 and implement standardization
on all web applications endpoints by removing server name
from the URL link for security reasons. This project was
completed in Nov 2015.

capacity planning, providing projected Infrastructure resource
capacity based on the demand and generates human resources
baselining report in monthly basis by leveraging Clarity data.
Involved in Ace Chubb Integration projects during Ace’s
acquisition of Chubb in Aug 2015 for DC Relocation project (as
Application Project Coordinator) and Lotus Notes Migration
project (as Project Manager).
