The objective of this Security Program is to create a coordinated and effective approach to a crisis situation, utilizing maximum resources and trained personnel, allowing the normal business of the investors to continue with minimal interruption.
To put mitigation measures to prevent interference to civil aviation areas which are adjacent to the property and as required by the local regulations.
This security program also commits working towards not being involved or used to do an act of unlawful interference against civil aviation operation either as private premises or its employees, visitor, vendor etc.
To deal with threats to Airport, Aviation & VVIP movements and /or personnel, which may occur in Terror Attack; hostage taking of a guest/Client while in the building; bombing or serious threat; fire involving extensive property damage, extortion threat against working staff or against the organisation; civil disturbance threatening the business operations in Aerocity or personnel; major natural disasters.
2. Security Program As
per BCAS
• Ensure close coordination with BCAS and
Delhi Police.
• Security & safety of the common lobbies
as well as retail area to ensure that the
premises will not be used in any form
either by tenants, employees, visitors,
vendors, etc. to interfere unlawfully with
civil aviation & VVIP movements due to
its close proximity to Airport.
• Provide a secure atmosphere within the
Building & Ensure security of the site
infrastructure, equipment and material.
• Ensure that all procedures and systems of
work are designed to take account of
security and are properly monitored and
supervised at all times.

program. Prior to identifying the security treatments, zones are
defined to ensure the users of the development are controlled
and observed both within and transitioning between zones.

Measure
The following physical security measures will
be used at all entrances, check points, access

6. Access Points & Frisking: Each &
every visitors will be frisked by the
security. The employees have to
primarily have to show their
Identification Card issued to them
and then undergo the frisking.
Door Frame Metal Detectors:
Integrated Door Frame metal
detectors at all access points
including Basements.
X-Ray Machines: All the entrances
of retail will be equipped with X-
Ray Baggage Machine. Cargo
scanners at Loading docks.
7. • Under Vehicle Scanner System: We will be scanning
each & every vehicle before entering the building with
LPR and face capturing.
• Physical frisking of the vehicle entering the Building:
All cars accessing the Building will be stopped for
frisking .
8. • Automated Boom Barriers & Bollards: The
checkpoints and entrances at Building have been
provided with the Automated Boom Barrier &
Bollards.
• Turnstile Security Doors: All the office access
points will be equipped with Turnstile Security
flap barriers. These work on the concept of
enforcement for restriction to the authorized
moment only.

Biometric controlled access locks.
• Explosive detection: Sniffer
dogs and Explosive Vapors Trace
detector will be used for Random
checking and complete vehicle
checking during high-risk period
11. IP CCTV &
Analytics
• Entire building shall be covered
by back to back CCTV which must be
monitored by trained CRO’s
employee in CCTV Room.
• The retention period for CCTV
footage will be minimum of 90 days.
• A mix of PTZ Cameras, Dome
Cameras, Infra Red Cameras and
special cameras for face recognition
and other analytics shall be used to
cover the entire building public and
back of the house areas.
