you to glance at it each day
and quickly tweek.
c. Looking at the calendar at the
end of each workday helps
you adjust for the next day.

a. Break down your quarterly or
yearly goals into weekly tasks.
b. You’re never gonna get the list
of 50 things done in one day.
c. with 10 daily tasks, you might
get 7 done.
d. Instead focus on the 3 highest
leverage items and crush those!

a. Why? Cause you can break it
down by day.
b. With appointments, errands,
tasks & notes.

a. Have a time limit responding
to requests.
b. Turn your phone on silent or
vibrate. Or turn it to
grayscale...without all of the
super colorful notifications
you’re much less stressed.
c. Assign a time limit per task,
mark it off on your calendar
