1. Schedule your week in advance.
a. I know what you’re thinking, I
can’t do that! Then try at least
a day ahead.
b. Without a lot of extra effort
planning your week allows
you to glance at it each day
and quickly tweek.
c. Looking at the calendar at the
end of each workday helps
you adjust for the next day.

a. Break down your quarterly or
yearly goals into weekly tasks.
b. You’re never gonna get the list
of 50 things done in one day.
c. with 10 daily tasks, you might
get 7 done.
d. Instead focus on the 3 highest
leverage items and crush those!

down by day.
b. With appointments, errands,
tasks & notes.

vibrate. Or turn it to
grayscale...without all of the
super colorful notifications
you’re much less stressed.
c. Assign a time limit per task,
mark it off on your calendar
