Laboratory Activity No.1
“Orange muffins”
Ingredients: Materials:
½ Kilo cake flour Spatula
2 Cups true-orange Measuring cup
3 pcs. Eggs Mixing bowl
¼ Cup margarine White towel
300 grams Brown sugar Muffin sheet
3 tbsp. calumet Wooden spoon
1 pack 5×8 Calypso cellophane Sifter
1 pack Glacine Rubber scrapper

Procedure:
1. Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and mix thoroughly.
2. Cream the sugar and margarine until smooth, add the beaten eggs, true-
orange and small amount of cooking.
3. Stir until thoroughly blend for about 350 strokes.
4. Pour the mixture to the greased muffins sheets line with glacine cups.
5. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
6. Let it cool.
