- 1. A Fresh Start
You need a fresh start in life. No matter what you have accomplished, or failed at, in life, God has so much
more for you to learn, enjoy, and experience. Today’s world seems to limit and restrict, what you are allowed
to do and to accomplish. But God is offering you an unlimited, amazing opportunity, if you choose to follow
Him, and abide by His simple conditions. The problem with most people today is they have been deceived.
God Is Real And God Loves You
God is waiting for you to make a transaction with Him. Faith comes by believing in someone, or something,
before you see the evidence, or results of that faith. It is often hard to believe in someone that you do not see.
Perhaps you do not see, because you have been lied to and deceived, by wearing blinders covering your eyes.
Pray a simple heartfelt prayer, that asks God if He is real to show you, and also to help you escape blindness.
God delights in showing you that He Is Real, and that He Loves You. When you pray, expect He will answer.
Once You Know That God Is Real And That God Loves You
God is waiting to be believed in by you. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh
to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.
God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on The Cross, paying your penalty, so that your sins may be forgiven.
You are expected by God to repent of your sins, and believe The Gospel, by firmly believing in Jesus Christ.
“...repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Mark 1:15. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is
the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth...” Romans 1:16. “But now being made free
from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the
wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:22-23.
Grow In The Lord, Bearing Good Fruit
Apostle Paul defines The Gospel: “...how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And
that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4.
When you believe upon God and Jesus Christ, you will repent and turn from your wicked ways and sins, and
will identify with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, by being baptized in water in obedience to The Bible.
The message of The Cross and the soon coming return of Jesus should be your focus. “For the preaching
of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” “For I
determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.” 1 Corinthians 1:18,2:2.
As you get to know more about Jesus Christ, by reading God’s Word, and by hearing preaching and teaching,
you will grow in Christ, and in His Freedom and Love. The key is to be disciplined, spending time seeking
His Wisdom and His Truth, denying yourself, and praying always. Ask for The Holy Spirit to help you.
Many Christian Believers fail because they do not continue in God’s Word. The enemy will fight you very
hard from discovering God’s Truth. “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your
own selves.” James 1:22. God expects you to not just hear His Word but to do and live His Word. Your faith
demonstrates to God that you truly believe Him. God is pleased by faith. “...If ye continue in my word, then
are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” “If ye abide in
me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” John 8:31-32,15:7.
Rejoice for the freedom that God has given you through Jesus Christ, and walk in a manner pleasing to Him.
