• It is the manufacturing process for producing part by injecting
material in mould.
• In Sanko Gosei Main Injecting Material is Thermoplastic.
• Example:- Polyvinyl Chloride, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate,
ABS, Polystyrene
• Molding machines used there is of various Tons, from 100 Ton
to 950 Ton.

every 2 hours.

Sheet.”
