- 10. Choose your business model – PayTV or Advertisement‐funded: . • Standard PayTV business model assumes that subscriber will pay monthly for the service. You can also implement charging for additional screens, like 7 Euro for main device and 1 euro for each additional tablet/stb/pc. . • You’ll need to deliver them subscribers equipment (we recommend Android TV Box STB) or let them use your new service at existing SmartTV or tablet. . • Depending on country, ad‐funded model might gain more revenues than direct subscriber charge. 10
