For the past year Kim Wiggins has worked at Clear Water Resources as an Account Manager. I
oversaw her weekly activities which included maintaining current customer relationships, having
invoices signed and returned to the office in a timely manner, seeking out new business
opportunities, and analyzing current market trends to contribute to business strategies.
Kim has excellent people skills and the ability to adapt to any situation. She demonstrated this
by successfully managing multiple types of account personalities. Every client account she
managed appreciated her ability to listen, diffuse, and correct any problem.
Kim also has the tenacity to overcome any adverse situation she comes across. She is able to
problem solve and think for herself. If she is confronted with adversity, Kim will persevere and
make it happen.
Kim’s people skills, tenacity, and positive attitude make her a tremendous asset to any team. She
