About Us
In & Out Sporting Co. was established in November 2010
at Rizhaocity which is located about 150km south of Qingdao.
From 2012, the factory joins to AsanCorporation Group.
Asanis operating the factory and does the international sales
And material procurement as a mother company. Despite of its short history, it is well-known as making high quality gloves for both Korean and U.S market.
2014, we moved in the new factory with new facilities to bring better quality to our customers.

Welcome to
Our New Factory
We moved to new factory in August, 2014.
The new factory uses all in ground floor and building spaces are about 2,000 sq.meters.

4. -65m long x 25m wide x 6m high space
-3 production lines with total 20000pcscapacity per month.(Including a High-end line with 1000pcs/month cap.)
-130 laborers / 52 sewing machines / 8 cutting machines

5. -We currently produce 1000 custom professional gloves from separated custom/pro line.
-We are ongoing to substitute from all sewing machine to Juki LS-1341 in this line.
-We Offer full custom embroidery to Customers in Korea and U.S.
-We are going to purchase new high-end embroidery machine in early next year, then we will be equipped with 2 embroidery machines (one for 4-heads machine, the other for single-head machine)

6. Trucking Dock
Our new factory is equipped with trucking dock. It is designed for loading/unloading shipments directly to/from container trailers at the same ground level. So we improved both time and work efficiency at the warehouse without using hand-lift. We can expect from this facilities to avoid any possibilities of workers’ injury and any damage to products which could be happened when loading to container located higher position.
