• If you need to use your phone – create 5 min breaks in hour intervals
• Work in spaces that exciting and conducive for work – Maybe a coffee
shop
• Don’t pull an “All nIghter”, it will set you back for the rest of the week
• Recognize if you can be productive next to your peers
• Focus on one task at a time and finish each to completion
5. MOTIVATION

• Keep your work, life and rest in balance – and don’t allow for overlap

• Take 5-10 minutes at the start and end of each day to meditate and clear
