episodes – each aimed at explaining and exploring a
different scientific theory or phenomenon he utilized a

audience. The show was adopted for use across North
America in classrooms, becoming a staple of science
education for an entire generation of children, and older
individuals alike.

organization. During 2005 to 2010 was the vice-
President of the organization now he is the currently
holds the position of CEO of the Planetary Society. From
this platform Bill Nye is able to reach an even wider
audience and generation of youth to promote and
advocate for science education and research.
