Provided project management and scrum master services to software development teams working on both the
primary OS as well as the supporting client applications. Organized 4 new development teams responsible for 6 new
products that were all delivered with within one year of initial project start. Maintained a quarterly cadence for these
products with on schedule/under budget deliveries. Contributed to corporate process hardening efforts with NPI,
waterfall (train model), and agile project managers.
