1. Working on ERP system (Ramco) for GRIR clearance.
2. Receipt Inspection (i.e. Fabrication materials, Casting, Machining components, Flanges,
Various fitting components, Pipes, Springs, Rubber items., Hardware & Bought out
Items etc.)
3. Ensure all incoming Material meeting standard specification & project requirement.
4. Raw material Identification, Verification with MTC and Approved TC.
5. Shop floor In process Inspection.
6. Responsible to resolve quality issues and preventing internal and external customer
complaints by taking corrective and preventive actions related to product for customer
complaints.
7. Responsible for detailed inspection of new product development samples, summarizing
reports and gives clearance for same.
8. Complete Documentation as per requirements & maintaining systems as per ISO 9001:
2008.
9. Supplier & Vendor Inspection.
10. Vendor Audit & Vendor rating analysis.
11. Ensure compliance to Quality System, Procedures & applicable standard.

Project and Training
Project:
“Manufacturing And Development Of Injection Mould”.
Moulds are the special purpose tools for producing plastics articles. In this
project work We developed a design of split compression mould for the production
of ¾ inch x ½ inch threaded elbow. This product is used in household Pipe Fitting
Industrial Applications and Agricultural Purpose.
Training:
Undergone an In-plant training of Repair and Maintenance of rolling stock
(Carriage and Wagon) at Diesel loco shade Division- Bhusawal for 15 days. Where I
got an opportunity to learn industrial environment, how does different department co-
ordinate with each other and work for the upliftment of an organization.
